Breathing new life into Density’s web and social content
When I joined Density, I saw a big opening. The modern workplace. How people want to work. There was so much juicy stuff to talk about. But the existing content sometimes felt more “boardroom memo” than “must-read.”
So, I rolled up my sleeves and started with the basics:
I created Density’s first-ever style guide, getting leadership aligned on a tone that was friendly, human, and whenever possible, fun.
With a little help from AI, I analyzed hundreds of hours of customer interviews to build brand-new personas that nailed our audience’s needs and pain points.
I also dove into SEO research to figure out exactly what topics and keywords would put us on the map.
Then came the content glow-up: blogs that tapped into the cultural zeitgeist, social posts that showed off our personality, and—because video reigns supreme—DIY shoots I filmed and edited myself.
The result? Organic traffic to Density.io jumped 50%. Social engagement doubled. Turns out a little voice and vision go a long way.
